March already?! February was a solid month of training with another successful grading for Hawks, Falcons and Adults. Keep training hard. And keep saving your pennies: 208 days now until the International Training Seminar in Sydney! The ITS will see martial artists from all over the globe come together in our own backyard, so take advantage of it.
Have another great month of training.
