Given the complexity of so many different business structures, marketing, sales techniques, team legislation etc, we at Black Belt Business have come up with a simpler way for business owners to see progression and focus on the key areas for business growth.
Using the Martial Arts as our conceptual guide, we have come up with a unique structure where the Business Owner can select individualised business strategies to achieve at each belt level, then be graded on proficiency before being “graduated” to the next belt level.
There are seven (7) Coloured Belts and eight (8) Black Belts levels of business knowledge, strategies and techniques. Although the specific tasks involved on each belt level are tailored to meet the Business Owner’s needs, level, there are certain core business techniques that need to be fulfilled.
